Some friendly reminders:
Listen to your body when you’re tired.
It’s okay to say “no” when you feel burnt out.
Set healthy boundaries and share your needs with people you trust.
Don’t rush to answer.
Take deep breaths.
Take one more just in case.
Give yourself grace.
Give yourself love.
Be gentle with yourself.
You’re already working hard.
You’re already doing you’re best.
Take things day by day.
Live in the present moment.
And don’t forget to breathe.
